1. What is ASUREI?
ASUREI is a wellness and spiritual lifestyle brand inspired by Southeast Asian traditions. We offer thoughtfully designed products—from essential oils to meditation wear—that encourage balance, mindfulness, and intentional living.
2. Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our products are crafted and sourced across various parts of Asia, known for their rich wellness and artisanal heritage. Orders are shipped from our worldwide fulfillment hubs directly to you.
3. What are your shipping times?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Asia: ~15 business days
- North America: ~15 business days
- Western Europe: ~15 business days
- All Other Regions: Up to 30 business days
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for customs clearance.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We also run free shipping promotions—follow us on Instagram @asurei_store or subscribe to our emails to stay updated.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow a few business days for tracking to activate.
7. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’re so sorry! Please email asurei.store@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make things right.
8. What is your return or refund policy?
We only accept returns or issue refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
9. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We are committed to sustainability. Our candles are made from natural soy wax, packaging is kept minimal and recyclable, and we constantly seek suppliers who align with our eco-conscious values.
10. Do you offer gift packaging or special notes?
While we do not offer gift wrapping at the moment, many of our items come in elegant, reusable packaging suitable for gifting. You may email us for custom note requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
11. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we aim to restock popular items regularly. You can sign up for restock alerts or follow us on Instagram for updates.
12. Do you accept wholesale or custom orders?
